Shipping & Handling
Any standard order placed with UDO is shipped via Ground free of charge within the continental United States. If you are ordering outside of the continental United States, or if you require your order to be expedited, please let us know and we will help provide you with a proper shipping estimate. Returns
Returns are handled on a per incident basis. No returns will be accepted without a proper RMA "Return Merchandise Authorization" from our Customer Service department. Please call or email us if there is an issue with your order and it needs to be returned so that we can help you accordingly. More information on returns can be found under "Store Policy."
