STORE POLICY
Order Processing and Shipment
Orders are processed in one business day, and can take up to three business days to ship. Upon shipment, you will be emailed a tracking number. Some items that have to ship directly from the manufacturer can take longer depending on the availability and schedule of shipment.
Back Orders
Because we are a large distributor, we carry a lot of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item might be in short supply. You will be notified of any delays and if an order cannot be shipped in a timely manner.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our products you may return them any time within thirty days of the date of sale for a refund of the amount paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee. We require that the product be in its original packaging, not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Ugga Dugga Off-Road will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. For processing of returns, please contact us for a RMA "Return Merchandise Authorization." Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call (800) 742-5877 and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please contact Ugga Dugga Off-Road for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
Warranties
All parts other than specific Ugga Dugga Off-Road (UDO) branded products are covered by the third party manufacturer's warranties. To obtain warranty information on third party manufacturer's products found on our website please contact us and we will locate the information for you.
